The Right Approach

TRA - The Right Approach™, is a balanced, multifaceted approach to weight loss. Combining supplementation, eating right and exercise into one program, TRA provides one of the most comprehensive, effective and safest weight loss systems available.

TRA is a sustainable three-pronged approach to losing weight the right way. The right way is a simple equation:

calories consumed <(is less than) calories expended

= decrease body fat.

It is a simple concept, but its application can be very difficult for many people. By combining The Right Products, The Right Nutrition and The Right Exercise, TRA provides you the tools to consume fewer calories than you expend and makes it possible to finally live this equation. Discover the TRA program today and discover the path to well being.

The Right Products

TRA Complex

DuoLean

Diene-O-Lean

TrimShake

Life Pack suppliment

Body Lotion

What is The Right Exercise??

Exercise burns calories. If you burn more than you put in, you will lose weight. It’s that simple.

calories consumed <(is less than) calories expended

= decrease body fat.

> Have an active attitude, take the stairs, walk when you can, park in the furthest parking stall. > Just get moving whenever and wherever you can. Just like a financial investment builds your fiscal future, an exercise investment builds your physical future.
> There are three components of regular exercise; Each is important for weight loss and healthy living.
> Aerobic ExerciseBurns fat and strengthens the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Strong biological systems mean a healthier, leaner body.
> Strength Training, Strength training does not mean bulking up. It does mean toning, shaping, and strengthening. Lean strong muscles give your body a sculpted appearance.

>FlexibilityStretching helps to realign muscle fibers and helps to rehabilitate muscle tissue.

What Is The Right Nutrition??

The Right Nutrition means getting adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, fiber and fat without getting too many calories. Eating right is vital to living The Right Equation:

calories consumed <(is less than) calories expended

= decrease body fat.

Eating right simply comes down to a ratio of:

Quality

Quantity

Eating the right quality of food and the right quantities of food will ensure that our calories consumed will be less than our calories expended. To help you eat the right quantity and quality of food, TRA provides products such as TrimStik™ which helps you feel full and eat less and TrimShake™ which is the perfect meal replacement for when you don't have the time to prepare a quality meal.

Quantity of Food - "Eat ½ as much twice as often"

Most of us simply eat too much and by "eating ½ as much twice as often" we will immediately stop overloading our bodies with calories. Eating smaller meals more frequently will allow our bodies a chance to burn off calories before they are stored as fat. The #1 rule in eating right is DO NOT GO HUNGRY.

Quality of Food

Along with the quantity of food, we need to consider the quality of food we choose to eat. In order to effectively lose weight we need foods that have appropriate levels of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fiber and fat) and micronutrients (antioxidants, vitamins and minerals). Foods that are fresh and colorful are generally high quality and foods that are processed and white are generally low quality. Consistently eating fresh and colorful foods and avoiding processed and white foods will ensure that we get the macro and micronutrients that will enhance weight loss.

Here is the result of people who take TRA program

Understanding common stomach pain

Your stomach and stress

The intestinal tract's function is to make food supplies available to the body. Whatever is not absorbed by the body is excreted at the end of tract. The intestinal system is a long tube. Food passing through the alimentary tract isn't "in" the body until it has been absorbed through the intestinal wall at some point.

It's a common fact that wen you are busy, anxious, depressed or just stressed out, eating habits take a dive for the worse.

It is during these times that you:
• Over-eat or lose your appetite
• Eat too quickly
• Binge on spicy and greasy food and "sinful" foods such as chocolates and cakes
• Eat irregularly
• Consume too much caffeine and alcohol

When all these happen, your stomach takes the brunt of the overload. However, the stomach is smart. In no uncertain terms, it tells us by several ways that it is not feeling good. Some of these ways are:

• Indigestion
• Stomach ache
• Flatulence
• Vomiting
• Poor appetite

Women choose to lead healthier lifestyles

A woman is more likely to pick up a health-related publication than a man. It's been said that women are concerned about their own health and that of their families more than men. This is because women are (most often) the decision makers in a home.

A woman needs to look after her own health first before she can look after her family's. She needs to look into the health of her body, mind and soul. Only if she is healthy and strong will she be able to provide her family with the best nourishment possible.Every woman should go for regular health checks (at least once a year).

A woman of child-bearing age should also go for routine gynecological checks with her doctor. Choosing to ignore this will warrant unwanted complications later in life.

Eating healthy meals

What is your ideal weight?

Your ideal weight depends on your how tall you are, your build, and whether you are a man or a woman. One of the best ways of calculating a healthy weight is to work out your body mass index (BMI) by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in metres squared. The ideal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. Your risk of a number of health problems rises significantly from a BMI of 27 while anything over 29.9 is a serious health concern. Another good check for healthy weight is to measure your waist. Women with a waist circumference of over 88 cm (35 inches) and men with waists of more than 102 cm (40 inches) are at much greater risk for disease.

What happens if I am overweight?

If you are overweight you have a greater chance of shortening your life. You will be the perfect candidate for developing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, joint problems, gallbladder disease, sleep and lung problems and a host of other terminal diseases. Abdominal body fat, the 'apple shape', is a higher health risk than the 'pear shape'.

Mind what you eat

1. Eat a balanced diet consisting of plenty of vegetables, fruit, legumes and cereals. Include low-fat milk and dairy products, lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs and nuts.2. Prepare meals with little or no added fat, salt and sugar.

3. Drink plenty of water each day. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation (1-2 drinks a day for women, 2-3 for men). However, if you're trying to lose weight you should bear in mind that alcohol is low in nutrients and high in kilojoules.4. Look at your food portions - if you are in the habit of piling up your plate, try gradually easing back. Bulking up with fruit and vegetables gives essential fibre and helps stave off hunger.5. Don't be hungry and don't skip meals.6. Cut the fat. Learn how to cook tasty, balanced low-fat meals. You don't have to live on cottage cheese and carrot sticks.7. Choose foods with a low glycemic index (GI) such as fruits, vegetables, breakfast cereals and milk. They can help you lose weight while keeping you feeling fuller for longer.

If you are about to have your monthly period, chances are that you will binge on "comfort food" such as chocolates, cakes and sweets. Satisfying an occasional craving is safe. If you must snack, then choose healthy food such as raw vegetables sticks, granola bars and such. It'll satisfy the craving to munch on something and you won't pile on the weight.

Be aware of your own breasts

Start routine breast self-examinations as early as 20 years of age - especially if you have a family history of breast cancer (grandmother, mother, aunt, sister). You need to examine your breasts two to three days after the end of your period every month.

Look out for:
• Lumps or any change in breast size or shape
• Swelling, redness and warmth or dimpling of the skin
• Nipple discharge
• Pain that isn't related to your menstrual cycle

Choosing a doctor whom you are comfortable with

Women must see their family doctor or gynecologist regularly, at least once a year for the all-important PAP smear and breast examination. Early detection of gynecological related cancers can save your life. The choice of a male or female doctor is entirely up to you - most importantly, he or she must make you feel comfortable.

When you do visit your doctor be sure to enquire about which tests you should do (depending on your age, risk factors, family history etc).

But for ladies out there. Please go and check!!

Do's and Don'ts for Healthy-Looking Skin

Do:
> Avoid the sun. Nothing is more damaging to your skin than UV exposure. It sets off a chain of adverse and cumulative reactions that lead to wrinkles, discoloration, loss of tone, and dehydration. Whenever you're outdoors, even if you're just running errands or strolling through the park, use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15.

> Drink plenty of water. Proper hydration is essential for flushing out impurities, fostering the development of new cells and enhancing circulation. Try to drink six-to-eight glasses a day.

> Sleep well. Nighttime is the right time for skin. That's when cells get busy renewing themselves and repairing the day's damage. A minimum of seven to eight hours of sleep each night is ideal. Any less and your skin will wear the signs of fatigue.

> Eat right. You truly are what you eat, so it stands to reason that the better your diet, the better your skin will look. A healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, fish and complex carbohydrates is recommended for most people. Check with your doctor to determine if you should make special dietary adjustments, or take vitamin or mineral supplements.

> Stay fit. Regular exercise keeps your heart and your muscles fit. It also keeps your skin in shape by revving up your circulation, which eliminates toxins and promotes a healthy glow. Experts recommend a minimum of 20 minutes of aerobic exercise each day to maintain your current weight and fitness levels; 30 minutes or more to lose weight and improve your conditioning. Walking, running, biking, swimming and dancing are all excellent aerobic activities.

Don't:
> Smoke. Smoking destroys the underlying structure of the skin, which quickly leads to premature aging. It creates wrinkles and destroys elasticity. The repetitive physical action of smoking creates lines around the mouth. Over time, smoking causes skin to thicken and discolor.

> Drink too much alcohol or caffeine. Moderation is everything when it comes to caffeine and alcohol. For example, a glass of wine is relaxing, but too much wine dehydrates your system, robs you of vital nutrients and may interrupt healthy sleep patterns. Caffeine actually functions as a diuretic and may prevent you from getting enough rest.

> Stress out. Even if you try to appear calm, cool and collected, stress has a way of making its presence known. Anxiety leads to a number of surface manifestations, including blemishes, hives, impaired circulation, itching, irritation and under-eye circles. So relax! Adopt sensible time management strategies, take up stress-busting activities like jogging, yoga or meditation, stay connected to friends and family and see your doctor or a counselor if your stress is getting the upper hand.

Importance of Routine

From the time we're infants, knowing what to expect and when makes us feel comfortable and secure. As adults, routines continue to anchor our lives. That first cup of tea in the morning, or a brisk walk after work helps us transition from one aspect of our day to the next.
When it comes to skin care, routine is also important. Using the right products, regularly and consistently, is the best way to get the very best results. That's because our formulas are designed to have a cumulative effect on your skin. Regular use insures top performance. Simply incorporate your customized skin care regimen into your regular grooming routine-twice a day, every day. Taking a little bit of time out for your skin each morning and evening will guarantee that it will look its best for a very long time to come!

Skin Care Basics

Simple Step #1 CleanseWashing your face twice a day, with a gentle cleansing formula and warm water, banishes dirt, makeup, build-up and oil. But all cleansers are not created equal. The best formula is one that is suited specifically to your skin, designed to gently remove debris, without stripping away vital moisture. After cleansing, your face should feel fresh, not tight!

Simple Step #2 ToneImmediately after cleansing, tone your skin to help restore healthy balance. A soothing toning formula will remove any remaining traces of dirt, makeup or cleanser, hydrate, and return your skin to its natural pH level. Depending on your skin type, toners should be free of oil or alcohol. Look for natural ingredients like coneflower, chamomile or bitter orange peel that will treat your complexion gently and naturally.

Step #3 TreatNow it's time to zero in on your skin's special needs. In this repair phase, you'll address fine lines, sun damage, discolouration, blemishes or uneven skin tone. Brighten, soothe, smooth, refine. Anything's possible with advanced ingredients like alpha hydroxy and salicylic acids, green tea extracts, Vitamins A, C and E and our unique Hydrolipid Matrix.

Step #4 Moisturise/ProtectYour body requires water to thrive, and your skin is no exception. Complete your twice-daily routine with an infusion of refreshing moisture. The right formula will plump up thirsty cells, making skin glow with radiance. It will also form an invisible barrier, preventing vital moisture from escaping and keeping damaging environmental stressors from penetrating. Day and night, the range has the right replenishing and protective products for your specific, skin needs.

Eye Headache

I think that most people do suffer from over the headaches, if only occasionally, mainly because of our hectic lifestyle and associated stresses.

It’s all too easy to reach for the pills but why put what is effectively poison into your body if you can help it.

If your headaches are frequent the wisest move is to consult your doctor but if they are only spasmodic then are some very useful yoga exercises that could help to drive the stress away. :-)

Manage and care for Oily hair

- Use a mild shampoo, shampoo for oily hair, shampoo for dry scalp, or a baby shampoo.

-Wash oily hair daily, but concentrate the shampoo on the hair away from the scalp to remove the excess oil from the hair, not on the scalp itself, because this can dry the scalp even more

- Always rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water, because soap residue can make oily hair worse

- Use a hot oil treatment directly on the scalp itself, gently massaging the oil into the scalp and then rinsing the oily hair thoroughly afterward

- If hair is very oily, do not use conditioner at all, or use conditioner only on the tips or ends of the hair

- Oily hair is likely shiny enough, so avoid using hair gloss gel or shine hair care products on oily hair

- Don’t brush oily hair frequently, because brushing oily hair can actually cause the scalp to produce more oil

- Don’t rub or scratch your scalp when you have oily hair, because stimulating the scalp like this can produce more oil

- Diluted lemon juice can provide similar results to the vinegar rinse for oily hair with a much more pleasant scent

Hair loss

Why Hair loss

A number of things can cause excessive hair loss. For example, about 3 or 4 months after an illness or a major surgery, you may suddenly lose a large amount of hair. This hair loss is related to the stress of the illness and is temporary.
Hormonal problems may cause hair loss. If your thyroid gland is overactive or underactive, your hair may fall out. This hair loss usually can be helped by treatment thyroid disease. Hair loss may occur if male or female hormones, known as androgens and estrogens, are out of balance. Correcting the hormone imbalance may stop your hair loss.
Many women notice hair loss about 3 months after they've had a baby. This loss is also related to hormones. During pregnancy, high levels of certain hormones cause the body to keep hair that would normally fall out. When the hormones return to pre-pregnancy levels, that hair falls out and the normal cycle of growth and loss starts again.
Some medicines can cause hair loss. This type of hair loss improves when you stop taking the medicine. Medicines that can cause hair loss include blood thinners (also called anticoagulants), medicines used for gout, medicines used in chemotherapy to treat cancer, vitamin A (if too much is taken), birth control pills and antidepressants.
Certain infections can cause hair loss. Fungal infections of the scalp can cause hair loss in children. The infection is easily treated with antifungal medicines.
Finally, hair loss may occur as part of an underlying disease, such as lupus or diabetes. Since hair loss may be an early sign of a disease, it is important to find the cause so that it can be treated.

Skin type

Normal skin
• Produces just the right amount of oil (sebum)
• Does not feel oily or dry under usual circumstances, but can be a little dry on cheeks or slightly oily in the T-zone on occasion
• Does not have prominent pores
• Experiences the occasional blemish or blackhead

Dry skin
• Does not produce enough natural oil (sebum) to keep itself soft, comfortable and supple
• Is not prone to shine and remains matte even in the T-zone
• Can experience flakiness, 'peeling' and tightness
• Has tiny, almost imperceptible pores
• May have fine dehydration lines
• More likely to be seen in mature skin as sebum production slows with age

Combination skin
• Producing varying amounts of oil (sebum) in different areas, this skin type is characterised by patchiness. It's possible to be oily in some areas (particularly the T-zone) but normal or dry in others
• Has most visible pores in the T-zone
• Is prone to oily shine, though not necessarily all over the face

Oily skin
• Produces more oil (sebum) than it needs to stay healthy
• May be prone to blemishes, blackheads and breakouts
• Is often shiny all over by lunchtime
• Has larger, visible pores all over

Sensitive skin
A true sensitive skin is relatively uncommon and is part of the genetic make up. People with this skin type are often allergy prone, have a fairer, thinner skin and usually have blonde or red hair.
• Symptoms include dryness, itching, burning, redness, 'flare ups' and stinging• Triggers can include climatic conditions, diet, hormones, stress or cosmetic products and ingredients
• May become more prone to reaction with age
• Sensitive skin is genetically programmed and, though reactions can be managed, sensitive skin will be sensitive for life

Eyebrow shape for your face.

Angular shape

The angular shape is appropriate for those with round face. You can enhance this shape with shading and contouring of the eye makeup for elegance.

Rounded shape

The rounded shape is suitable for women with large eyes or wide forehead. The rounded eyebrows can enhance the eyes. The eyebrow should follow the frontal bone and be shaped to a taper.

Arched shape

The arced shape is very flattering for most women. It gives width and expression to the eye. It opens the eyes and help balance a prominent nose or a large mouth.

Low arched shape

The low arched shape works well for those with small forehead by giving the illusion of more length.
- place an orange stick in a straight line from the side of the nose to the liner corner of the eye; this is where the eyebrow should begin
- place an orange stick from the side of the nose to the outer corner of the eye; this is where the brow should end.

We know that creating the most flattering shape and arch of your eyebrows may be really hard, so go to a beautician. Once you get the perfect line and shape you want you will be able to maintain them by yourself.

high forehead - the arch of the eyebrow should be slightly elevated to create the illusion of a lower forehead
low forehead - the arch should be as low as possible to give more height to the forehead
wide set eyes - leave the eyebrows unplucked on the inner corners. You can extend the inner corners using eyebrow pencil.
close set eyes - if you want to make the eyes wider apart, you should pluck more from the inner corners and extend outer corners using eye pencil

*if you tweeze too much from the inner edge of the eyebrows it makes your eyes look smaller
*eyebrows should follow the line of the bone just above your eyes
*high arches are the best way to open up the eyes
*when tweezing grab each hair at the root and quickly yank in the direction of hair growth
*plucking too much from the bottom edge gives you a permanent look of surprise
*never pluck above the eyebrows
*pull hairs out in the direction of growth one at a time
*never pluck daily
*use a toothbrush or a clean mascara wand to brush the hairs

Techniques for Smooth Hair

Hair Wrap
Use a cloth hair wrap at night to get smooth hair in the morning. Brush or comb your hair thoroughly, and wrap it smoothly around your head. Put pantyhose, a wave-cap or a scarf over your hair to keep it in place. You can put a very light coat of oil on your hair before you wrap it if it is dry. In the morning, carefully remove your wrap and style as usual.

Natural Oil
Use natural oil on your hair like coconut oil, sunflower oil or almond oil to style and keep your hair smooth and in place instead of commercial gels, mousse or hairsprays. Product ends up being sticky and gooey in your hair, not giving it the smooth consistency you may want. If you have thin and dry hair, only use a very small amount of oil on your hands and apply to your hair.

Blow Drying Methods
Blow drying can leave your hair looking fried and the opposite of smooth. To avoid frizzy hair from the blow dryer, consider using a diffuser that more evenly distributes the heat through your hair for less damage. Use a round brush when possible for controlling blow dried hair from flying away while it is being dried. Give your hair a periodic break from the blow dryer to give it time to return to a naturally smooth state.

How to Remove Pimple Marks From the Face

A popular method of filling in ice pick scars is injecting dermal fillers to plump up the scar depression. A few dermal fillers are made with collagen which is a fundamental element in scar removal but because of the fact that the collagen is not produced naturally inside the body, the collagen need to be administered bi monthly to keep the plump appearance.

Fillers are easy to obtain but there can be some negative side effects using these scar removal treatments. The filling procedure can cause allergic responses, inflammations, and localized swelling. A very rare side effect is that certain fillers can arouse dormant herpes infections.Scrub your entire body, not just the back.

Remember to scrub towards the heart, which means up from the legs and stomach, and down from the shoulders. The benefits of scrubbing are many. Not only does it clean up the skin completely, clearing out pores and enabling your body to pump out toxins more effectively, but it also reduces the likelihood of developing unsightly cellulite.

In addition, scrubbing pumps up blood circulation and aids blood flow to the heart.Boil one cup milk and thicken it. Add lemon juice, remove from flame and let it be cool while stirring it continuously. Apply this paste on the face at bedtime. Wash the face after one hour and next morning. This removes pimples and gives a smooth and soft skin.

Reduce your dark spot and scar

Every women in this worl doesn't like to have scar and dark spot oh their face, spots are created when hormones start causing excess oil in the pores. If the oil cannot get out of the pore in an even flow, this along with a build-up of dead skin cells form a blockage eventually create a clogged pore. A specific type of bacteria (called propionibacterium acnes) existing in the pore thrives on the oil and the dead skin cells, flourishes, as a result the skin become inflamed. The inflammation and bacteria grow resulting in a pimple.

There are four basic skin types:

* Dry : tends to be ashy, dull and feels tight- especially after cleansing. Pores are fine. Requires extra moisture and oil.
* Normal : in balance. Smooth and moist. Pores are not clogged. Seldom breaks out. Just needs products to keep it in balance.
* Oily to blemish prone : appears shiny all over. If blemish prone there will be clogged pores and breakouts. Makeup may not last on this skin or may change colors. Requires shine prevention. May require some acne or blemish control.
* Combination skin : will be oily in the "T" zone- forehead, nose, inner cheek and chin. Outside the zone it will be normal or dry. Requires oil reducing in the "T" zone and moisturizers and oil in the other areas.

Reduce Your Black Spots Naturally (plant extract) :
* Make a paste with mehndi and oil and apply on the face
* Make a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and apply it on the spots
* Apply the paste of turmeric and curry leaves on the face and wash it after 15 minutes.
* Apply a mixture of mehndi and turmeric. For a piece of turmeric, 2-3 leaves of mehndi are used
* Grind dried basil leaf, neem and mint (100 gm each). Add some turmeric powder and rose water to make it in a paste form and apply it on the spots.

Beauty Tips

Eye
Rather than trying to define eyes by drawing a line across the eyelids, the pros unanimously recommend using a pencil to fill in the spaces between each lash. Get your pencil as close to your lashes as possible and make a teeny dot between each one. Smudge with your finger or with a cotton swab.

Hair
Let your hair dry naturally occasionally to give it a break from hot irons. Make sure you use a good absorbent towel to remove excess moisture and avoid rubbing your hair — it'll cause split ends and won't leave the hair shaft smooth. A leave-in conditioner will also fight the frizzies.

Lips
Want lipstick to last longer? Fill in your lips with liner first. If you're using a light-coloured lipstick, try a nude liner, then slick your lipstick on top.

Skin
Make-up will always look different in artificial light as it does in natural. Try to apply your make-up in the similar lighting conditions that you'll be dealing with later.
Let try beauty tips, as you will always look beauty and young forever!
